In 2011, Victor joined Neuberger Berman Singapore Pte Ltd to manage the middle and back office operations for various accounts.<\/p>\n<p>Victor holds a Bachelor degree in Electronic &amp; Electrical Engineering from the University of Western Australia in 2003 and a Masters in Finance degree from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in 2010.
