Victor Foo

Victor was a scholar in the Singapore Armed Forces and left in 2008 to join CYS Express Exchange Pte Ltd as the Operations Manager responsible for risk and trading process in FX trading. In 2011, Victor joined Neuberger Berman Singapore Pte Ltd to manage the middle and back office operations for various accounts.

Victor holds a Bachelor degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering from the University of Western Australia in 2003 and a Masters in Finance degree from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in 2010. He has a passion for photography and enjoys spending his free time in nature.
